By accessing or using PepWiz ("the Service"), operated by Tubey Family Office ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

PepWiz is designed solely for educational and informational purposes. The Service provides:

• Dosage calculation tools based on mathematical formulas

• Protocol tracking and logging features
• Educational resources about injection safety and handling

The Service does NOT provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• Prescriptions or dosing recommendations for any individual
• Guarantees about the safety or efficacy of any compound
• Verification of vendor product quality or authenticity

By using PepWiz, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any peptide or making health-related decisions
• You understand that peptide use may be regulated or prohibited in your jurisdiction
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• You will provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You will not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, health complications, or death.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

PepWiz may display information about third-party vendors and include affiliate links. Regarding these features:

• No Endorsement: Listing a vendor does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their products or services.
• No Verification: We do not verify the quality, purity, authenticity, or legality of products sold by third-party vendors.
• Affiliate Disclosure: We may receive compensation when you click on affiliate links or make purchases through our platform. This does not affect the price you pay.
• Your Risk: Any transactions with third-party vendors are solely between you and the vendor. We are not a party to such transactions and bear no responsibility for them.

"PepWiz" and "Peptide Wizard" are trademarks of Tubey Family Office. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security issues

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
